Everwell Refund Policy

 

 

 

1. Customer,who wishes to refund medicine product or terminate acupuncture and/or massage treatment, which was purchased from Everwell Chinese Medical Centre, must complete Everwell Chinese Medical Centre Product / Treatment Refund Application Form and must provide us with original receipt.

 

IMPORTANT:

• DRIED HERBS AND HERBAL POWDERS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE ONCE MIXED TOGETHER.

• All ACUPUNCTURE OR MASSAGE TREATMENTS PURCHASED UNDER PROMOTIONAL OFFER ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

 

 

   2. All refundable medicine products must be returned to Everwell Chinese Medical Centre, where the product(s) was / were           originally sold, within 14-day money-back guarantee period. Medicine purchased after 14 days will not be refundable.

 

   3.   If the customer originally paid for product and/or treatment by Credit or Debit Card, a refund of 100% of the purchase                price, less the occurred charges due to all acupuncture and/or massage treatments that have been taken by the customer, and less 10% of its original total purchase cost as handling fee (Minimum £5.00), will be refunded to the customer by cheque. T he refund cheque will be mailed to the customer, according to the address provided by him or her, within 30 days of the date of return.

 

   4.If the customer originally paid for product and/or treatment by cash or cheque, a refund of 100% of the purchase price, less the occurred charges due to all acupuncture and/or massage treatments that have been taken by the customer, and less 10% of its original total purchase cost as handling fee (Minimum £5.00), will be refunded to the customer by cheque. The refund cheque will be mailed to the customer, according to the address provided by him or her, within 28 days of the date of return.

 

    5. All refund medicine product received must be with its original package and as same condition as originally sold.

 

    6. When calculating refund amounts, all medicine are priced in accordance with Everwell Chinese Medical Centre normal price list rather than any discounted price which might be paid by customer originally.
